Notification Templates

Notification templates allow you to define standardized messages for different channels like Email, SMS, and future integrations such as Teams, Slack, and Event (Push). These templates can be used to send notifications across projects consistently.

Fields

Common Fields

  • Template Name
    Enter the name of the notification template.
  • Enable Notifications
    Toggle to enable or disable this template.

Email Template Configuration

  • From Email *
    Email address from which the message will be sent.

  • From Name *
    Display name of the sender.

  • To Recipients *
    Enter email addresses of the primary recipients.

  • CC Recipients
    Enter email addresses for CC recipients.

  • BCC Recipients
    Enter email addresses for BCC recipients.

  • Subject *
    Subject line of the email.

  • Content Type
    Options: Plain Text / HTML

  • Priority
    Options: Normal / High / Low

  • Email Body *
    Content of the email message.

SMS Template Configuration

  • Phone Numbers *
    Enter recipient phone numbers.

  • Sender ID *
    ID displayed as the sender of the SMS.

  • Priority
    Options: High / Normal / Low

  • SMS Message *
    Content of the SMS message.

  • Encoding
    Options: UTF-8 / ASCII

  • Validity Period (minutes)
    Time period for which the SMS is valid (default: 5).

  • Flash SMS
    Toggle to enable flash SMS.

Future Integrations
